The PROMAS Landmaster Software Center normally provides 60 day money back guarantees and full warranties for its products. The RPM DOS products are an exception.

Although we have purchased the rights to RPM and are developing the next version of RPM for the Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP platforms, we did not design or create the RPM DOS products. The RPM DOS products have been discontinued and there will be no further updates to this product line. We sell all RPM DOS licenses, updates, and disks AS-IS with NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We could not continue to provide access to these discontinued products any other way.

We have made conscientious efforts to test the RPM DOS products for year 2000 problems and have corrected all known problems with the version 4.80 release. We will continue to provide support for the RPM DOS products as long as it is both possible and practical. However, statements from support or sales staff, reports and other published materials (including this web site), and any other representations about about RPM DOS products made by The PROMAS Landmaster Software Center, its employees, or agents are provided for informational purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any kind or as a guarantee that the products will perform as tested on different equipment or with different data.

IN SHORT: WE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE RPM DOS PRODUCTS TO THOSE WHO WANT THEM, BUT ALL RISK IS WITH THE BUYER.
