RPM Version 4.80 is a DOS program designed for managing single family residential properties and small apartment buildings. This version fixes all known year 2000 problems with prior versions of RPM and is only available for users converting from an existing version of RPM. Please read the important information about the warranty for this product. The windows version of the program, to be called RPM 2000, is under development.

We are currently writing RPM Professional, the next generation of RPM software. The new program has been designed and is being written now, but it is too early to set a release date because we do not want to rush an incomplete product to market.
